Aurora was founded by Dawn Robertson, Dawn has worked as a dental nurse, receptionist, practice manager, area and project manager and has over 33 years experience within the dental industry. The past 9 years Dawn has worked as a self-employed, freelance dental nurse and since November 2012, she has successfully managed and is continuing to build Aurora Dental Agency.
Dawn has built an excellent client base with 89 surgeries in Surrey, East and West Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and this number grows daily. Dawn and all her team have built an excellent rapport with all the surgeries. Many of these clients have become and remain good friends.
Having worked on the front line in dental practices, Dawn knew what surgeries disliked about using temporary nurses, hence the mission of the agency is:
